X100 Ultra

Vivo is poised to launch two variants of the X100 series in China: the X100 Ultra and X100s. The X100 Ultra will come in two versions, one with 5G support and another featuring satellite connectivity, with both models receiving approval from Chinese certification platforms like 3C and MIIT.

This satellite communication edition will support Tiantong satellite communication, marking a first for Vivo phones. Additionally, a mysterious Xiaomi device with similar capabilities has also been certified. The X100 Ultra, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, is expected to debut alongside the X100s, positioned as a flagship-tier smartphone. The X100s, serving as a refined version of the standard X100, will retain the same camera configuration but with differences such as a flat edge design and a flat display, powered by the Dimensity 9300+ chipset. Both phones are anticipated to launch soon, with hopes for international availability beyond China.
