The iQOO Z9s series is set to launch in India on August 21, 2024, with both the iQOO Z9s and iQOO Z9s Pro models being introduced. CEO Nipun Marya confirmed the launch date via X, highlighting that the Z9s Pro will feature a high-performance curved screen, claimed to be the fastest in its segment based on an AnTuTu score of 8.2 lakh. The Pro model will be equipped with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, 12GB of RAM, a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main camera, and a 5,500 mAh battery, and is expected to be priced around INR 25,000 ($300). The more budget-friendly iQOO Z9s will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, with a starting price of approximately INR 19,999 ($240).
Design-wise, the Z9s series will showcase a distinctive curved screen and a rear panel with a glossy white-marble finish. Both models will come with configurations offering up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. This dual launch marks the first time iQOO is introducing two devices simultaneously in the Z-series in India.
