Samsung debuts a new 50W fast charger with dual USB-C ports, priced at €69.90, initially targeting European consumers. This “50W PD Duo” adapter supports the USB PD PPS protocol, optimizing charging efficiency. While one port delivers 50W output, the second is limited to 25W, dropping to 25W each when both ports are used simultaneously. Although offering faster charging, its higher price compared to competitors raises concerns, despite catering to Samsung devices’ needs.
